Who we are

OneClick ClassyClaims (Claimwell) is operated by RITAC Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). Contact us through the Contact page with any privacy question.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email address.

Claim information you enter: eligibility answers, form data, uploaded documents, signatures, and payout details you record.

Usage data: pages and features you use, plus basic device and browser information.

Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To help you find settlements, prepare and track claims, and record payouts.

To process subscriptions and success-fee payments.

To send deadline reminders and claim or payout status notifications you turn on.

To keep the service secure and to fix problems.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the product for us: our hosting/app platform (Base44), Stripe for payments, and email delivery.

Settlement administrators only when you choose to submit a claim through or with the help of the service.

People you give a share link to. Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your account and claim data through the Contact page; payment records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.

Security

Your claims and documents are visible only to you and our administrators. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
